Q: Why don't I just list with a Realtor? A: That is certainly an option for you. If you have a nice house in a nice neighborhood and lots of time on your hands, then that may be your best bet.
Q: I am several payments behind, how can you help? A: This really depends on several factors such as the amount of the mortgage; the value of the property; and how many payments you are behind. Q: My house needs lots of repairs. Will you still buy it? A: We buy houses that need extensive repairs, even major ones like a leaky roof, electrical problems, fire damage and termites. We are not afraid of repairs. We even buy houses on sink holes and ones that have foundation issues.
Q: I need to sell immediately. How soon can you buy it? A: Normally we can close within 7 days.
Q: What if I don’t have any equity in my house. Can you still buy it? A: Yes. We do this all the time. This is one of our cutomer's first and best choice.
